This checklist is found in the mentoring manual and mentors use this to make sure they go over key ideas with their mentees.
Mentor Handbook
We developed this manual with input from our mentors over several years. After starting mentoring two years ago, we held debriefing meetings with out mentors in June to discuss what worked and what needed to change. One big change was the overhaul of this manual to address specific requirements for mentors.
