This is an organic process for us; every year, we learn more about the needs of our new instructors and mentors. As the parameters of our program change with new WIOA guidelines, so does our onboarding process.
We are glad we can share what we have learned, but we are also eager to learn from you. The best part of any presentation is the opportunity to hear from participants about their programs, challenges, and successes.
